This year Akwa Ibom State Christmas Carol was well attended by people from all walks of life.

The record breaking Christmas carol festival which is an annual event has continued to attract renowned artists in Nigeria and around the globe to the state.

Uyo Sports Stadium was filled to capacity as different gospel artists took turn to worship, praise, and minister in songs.

Governor Udom Emmanuel stressing the importance of the event called for prayers for the state and Nigeria.

The  wife of the governor, Martha Udom, former governors, senators ,including the senate minority leader, Senator Akpabio and wife Unoma, members of the political class, religious and business moguls were some of the dignitaries at the carol festival.
